Guest Reviews & Ratings
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag, with some positives and negatives. The rooms, at first glance, seemed fresh and overlooked the beautiful courtyard; however, to my dismay, the room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with the staff being problem-solvers and ensuring a memorable stay. The location was convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway and not far from the Biltmore, but the surrounding area gave off the impression of being unsavory. The dining experience provided great variety and savings, although it did feel repetitive on some occasions.
The hotel had musty-smelling rooms, but the towels and washcloths were awesome. However, there was no safe as advertised. The service was rude and unprofessional, with staff lying about the occupancy. Location was convenient but littered with trash and had maintenance issues. The dining experience was just okay with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel was well-located for various attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located near the mountains and close to Asheville, offering easy access to various attractions. The rooms, while generally clean and comfortable, appeared outdated and were noisy when the AC was on. The service was friendly but slow in responding. The dining options were diverse, with a buffet bar offering a wide variety of items. However, the facilities seemed somewhat lacking as some amenities were not as advertised or easily accessible.
